Consulting & Support Services

Review of District or School Processes

We analyze how translation, interpretation, and multilingual family engagement currently operate within your system. Each review provides actionable recommendations for strengthening compliance, clarity, and community trust - grounded in Oregon’s Multilingual Learner Strategic Plan.

Multilingual Strategic Plan Development Support

Oregon’s new Multilingual Learner Strategic Plan (September 2024) is an opportunity to design intentional systems that reflect equity and access. We partner with districts to review, align, or co-develop plan components to meet state expectations and local needs.

Translation & Interpretation Support by Trained Bilingual Facilitators in Education

Outreach Communications provides virtual translation and interpretation for small districts or regions without enough multilingual families to employ a full-time facilitator. We also assist districts needing short-term or supplemental coverage. Services are delivered by trained bilingual facilitators who ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
